Paula Sagerman has provided stewards of the historic built environment with documentation, preservation, and project review services since 1998. Clients include private homeowners, architects, engineers, non-profit organizations, regional planning commissions, and local, state, and federal government entities. Projects include National Register of Historic Places Nominations, Historic Resource Inventories and Surveys, Project Review for federal and state-funded undertakings (e.g. Section 106 and Act 250 Review), Building Condition Assessments, and Rehabilitation Investment Tax Credit Applications. You will also find Paula hiking ancient roads and searching for cellar holes, peeking at abandoned structures, visiting museums, and exploring New England's historic landscapes and towns.
