We believe the best way to preserve historic buildings is to make them useful and relevant for the future. We offer a full range of services and have extensive experience helping clients secure funding for their projects. Award-winning historic preservation projects include the Net-Zero VNRC Headquarters (Montpelier), Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium (St. Johnsbury), Shelburne Pierson Library and Historic Town Hall, Westport (NY) Town Office, Bristol Village Cohousing, and Janes House (Waterbury). We serve the entirety of Vermont from our two office locations in Middlebury and Waitsfield.
