Woods Library, Bradford
The 1894 Woods Library was designed by Lambert Packard of St. Johnsbury, who designed many well- known Vermont buildings. The well-preserved building is home to Bradford Library, a thriving community center for the town and surrounding communities. The building is owned by the Bradford Public Library, a 501c3 non-profit. Preservation Trust of Vermont and the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board hold a preservation easement on the building. Funds will support the repair and painting of the wood trim on the building’s 50+ windows.
