Capital City Grange Hall, Berlin

The Capital City Grange was built in 1953 as a purpose-built hall and the plans follow a booklet of “Grange Hall Suggestions” published by the National Grange in the 1920s. The Capital City Grange Hall is owned by the Grange, maintained by the Friends of the Grange, and is eligible for the National Register. It is an excellent dance hall that hosts a wide variety of community activities. The Friends of the Grange added an ADA-compliant second entrance and lift in 2008, allowing for expanded use of the lower level, hall, and stage. Funds will support exterior painting.
